Our Classes

Youth Fitness Co. is a specially designed fitness program for kids and teenagers to help develop a lifelong love of fitness.

We are all about helping kids of all ages to live happy, healthy, active lives. Our programs are designed to give children the ability and motivation to be physically active and confident in all of their adventures.

We work on fundamental basics like balance, throwing, coordination and mobility combined with age-appropriate challenges to build strong and capable kids and teens. Our experience is engineered to complement their other daily activities or sports with a fun and challenging program focusing on speed, endurance, strength and power.

OUR PROGRAMS

JUNIORS (AGES 4-5) **BY APPT ONLY

TUESDAY (45 mins) & SATURDAY (60 mins) **combined with KIDS

This program is designed to introduce younger children to functional movement concepts. The class duration includes play-based elements and is geared towards teaching them to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age-appropriate developmental motor skills for the average 4-5 year old.

KIDS (AGES 6-12/13)

TUESDAY 4:00pm (45 mins) & SATURDAY 10:30am (60 mins)

The Kids class builds on the foundation of FUN introduced in the previous class. The skills addressed expand to include foundational and auxiliary movements. The goal of the our Kid’s program is to develop and improve basic movement patterns, mobility and general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports and life in general.  

TEENS (AGE 12/13+) **BY ASSESSMENT ONLY if new

TUESDAYS 4:45pm & SATURDAYS  11:30am (60 mins)

Our Teen’s program will further incorporate functional movements as well as further improve general physical fitness, strength and endurance. The program supports and compliments compulsory school sports and because the workouts are constantly varied, the kids are more likely to excel at their chosen sports and less likely to fall victim to injury.
